Tuesday, March 26 Amber Nicole Jacobsgraves, 19, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of failure to appear on a petit theft charge, a misdemeanor. Jacobsgraves posted $2,513 bail. Thursday, March 28 Kyle K Bult, 63, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of dealing in stolen property, a felony. Bail is set at $10,000. Gulfport Police say Bult cashed several forged checks that George V. Englund stole from a vehicle in Gulfport. Bult also pawned stolen tools that Englund stole, police say. Robert Francis Leclair, 62, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of DUI, a misdemeanor. Leclair posted $500 bail.
