Viewfinder: Gone Fishing

Gulfport's Williams Pier offers a beautiful and sunny spot to relax and fish.

With Gulfport lying directly on the water, it's no surprise that people flock to Williams Pier for a bit of fishing. The pier acts as the perfect starting point for many anglers to gather a lot of bait fish, like pin fish, that hide underneath the dark of the pier. Getting the bait fish allows for fishermen to go for bigger fish without having to spend the extra money on bigger bait. For the people who just want to relax, throwing a line into the water and waiting for the fish to bite is a perfect way to spend a lazy afternoon.
