The Second Annual So Classic Car Show lured enthusiasts, collectors and more to the Tangerine Greenway in Gulfport.  Gulfport City Council members unanimously voted to remove the smoking ban on the beach to end a lawsuit that claimed the ban was unconstitutional. Video: So49 Classic Car Show Highlights and Police Memorial Tribute

The City of Gulfport shares highlights of the South 49th St. Business Association's Classic Car Show and Police Memorial Tribute on Feb. 4, 2012.

The So Classic Car Show was staged at Tangerine Greenway on 49th St. S. and 18th Ave. Saturday, Feb. 4. Hosted by the So49 Business Association, the event brought people to the 49th Street South area for a day of fun and family-friendly activities. Beneficiaries that received a boost from the event included the Suncoast Law Enforcement Charities, Gulfport Teen Council and the Gulfport Police Explorers.
