First of all the 2 answers show how the candidates think, one came off the cuff and said yes, the other wants a committee first before he can answer..As far as supporting Artists so their lively hoods can not only attract more people to this Hotel/Motel less beach front community, the taxes generated on sales would help the city's coffers.
