Weekend Events: Holiday Hoopla, Collecto-Rama, Boat Parade
We have a busy Saturday ahead of us including the annual Holiday Hoopla, Christmas Collecto-Rama and Boca Ciega Yacht Club Christmas Boat Parade. Here's what you need to know about all three family friendly events.
Saturday Dec. 8 will be packed full of holiday goodness for the entire family. Holiday Hoopla Support small business by shopping local! The Gulfport Merchants association presents the annual Holiday Hoopla! A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit Operation Santa and Gulfport families in need. Come out and find unique gifts from local shops, vendors and artists. The event will also feature holiday characters, live music, glass blowing, children's games and a visit from the big man himself - Santa! Christmas Boat Parade Route
Mark your calendars for the annual Christmas Boat Parade this Saturday! Check out the parade route here.
Boca Ciega Yacht Club Holiday Boat Parade Boats will start lining up by the Gulfport Municipal Marina at 5:30 p.m. The parade will begin by entering the Gulfport Municipal Marina at approximately 6:00 p.m. It will then travel past the William's Pier in Gulfport and into the canals of Town Shores Condominiums and Pasadena Yacht & Country Club Estates. Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club will be included on the route as well. The parade will cross the bay and pass by the club docks before returning to BCYC. I took my grandaughter down to Gulfport dock with other friend the boats Wer too too far away.they went by closer last yr we waited to c if they Wer circling back couldn't wait no mor we stayedanother 45 mins. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!!!! more ›
