Joe Koehler Senior Follies Brings the Holiday Spirit to Gulfport
The Joe Koehler Senior Follies showed some holiday merriment through song and dance.
Holiday memories of grandparents normally involve hand knitted sweaters that get worn once before finding a place tucked in the back of the closet and stories of Christmas past. Who knew grandma and grandpa were capable of putting on a stunning holiday stage show? The Joe Koehler Senior Follies holiday variety show at the Catherine A. Hickman Theater on December 22nd brought in copious amounts of Christmas music and merriment. Eleven members of the Senior Follies came out in full holiday regalia and entertained with 22 holiday favorites. What makes the group unique is the age range of the Senior Follies with the youngest member just below senior status at 62.
