Absolutely love the Seabreeze, my home away from home, warm friendly and great location. You can go out the front door and walk to coffee shops unique restaurants or stroll along the bay. Lori is the best, excellent breakfast and the best coffee ever.

I have stayed at the Sea Breeze Manor Bed and Breakfast a couple of times now, and both times were amazing getaways. Lori and her staff make you feel like you're part of their family. The rooms are very clean and charming. The breakfast was awesome. Sitting in the court yard was very tranquil. I would recommend the Manor to everyone!
During the Holidays I had family and guests from out of town and they stayed at the Sea Breeze Manor Bed and Breakfast. I heard nothing but rave reviews about their accommodations, and the warm welcoming feeling from the owner, Lori Rosso and her staff. My son-in-law also commented that, "my wife is a fabulous cook but that breakfast was the best ever!" Once you check in, the Sea Breeze is your home away from home. You can walk to the many restaurants and shops in Gulfport, enjoy a sunset on the beach (or from the verandah) or just enjoy sitting on a swing in the park overlooking Boca Ciega Bay. I guarantee you will want to make a return visit.
We were doing major remodelling to our home in Gulfport, so decided to book one of the two pet-friendly cottages at the Sea Breeze Manor for two weeks. It was the best money we spent on our remodel. Each day after working on our home destruction and reconstruction, we came back to the Sea Breeze and felt as relaxed as we possibly could be. Our two dogs very happy here also. The accomodations are beautiful and each guest suite is uniquely decorated. The common area is tasteful but homey, the verandah overlooking the Bay is great for relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of (really good) coffee in the morning. Great home made breakfasts. Innkeeper Lori Rosso is so friendly and gracious. The Inn is just steps away from all the cool shops and restaurants in Gulfport's Waterfront District. Altogether, a wonderful getaway. Highly recommended for a visit to an "Old Florida"-style village.
The Sea Breeze Manor Bed and Breakfast is a very special place. Theresa and I got married here, and when my Mom comes to visit from Michigan this is where we have her stay.
I had such a wonderful time when i stayed at the sea breeze . What a great place to relax. Lori was the best . I can't wait to go back this time it will be for longer i just didn't want to leave. Great getaway!
