St Pete Glitter Queens Host Charity Ball Saturday

The St Pete Glitter Queens is "a social krewe with a giving heart". Our mission each year is to help a deserving women's or children's organization in Pinellas County by raising money through a fundraising event.

This year's chosen beneficiary is The Royal Theater Arts Academy and Senior Conservatory in St. Petersburg. Our Royal Ball, to benefit the Royal Theater, will take place on September 15, 2012 at the historic Gulfport Casino.

The Royal Theater's key goal is to provide quality arts education to youth, especially those that are disadvantaged and underserved in the arts. Through arts education, the Royal Theater hopes to instill in their students a sense of pride, self-discipline, motivation, spirituality and a drive for excellence, not only in art, but also in everyday living.

Please help them in achieving their goal of helping the Royal Theater continue to improve the lives of talented young men and women in our community through their outstanding arts programs. They are offering various levels of sponsorship for monetary donations, and we are accepting items and services for our silent auction.
