Gulfport's Annual Pinellas County Book Writing Contest Update!

An Update on Gulfport's Annual Pinellas County Youth Book Writing Contest

Hello Everybody. It has been a long time since my last blog. Many of you know I went back to school full time, so that along with several new book projects has kept me very busy.

I am writing today to update everybody on the publishing progress of last year's winners of the Gulfport Annual Youth Book Writing Contest. All three winners are nearing the end of their editing and rewriting phase and will soon be moving into the actual prelaunch phase. We expect to have all three winning books in hard copy to display and sell at the opening of this year's contest workshop series, which will open in September, at the Gulfport Public Library. We are very excited about this years contest and are working hard to line up some amazing presenters, including our own beloved Authors, Lil Gibson and Alex Small. Remember, these writing and editing workshops will be offered free at the Gulfport Public Library, every Saturday to the youth of Pinellas County. Last year, we were bonused with having the workshops catered by all of our amazing Gulfport restaurants. We are aiming for the same this year. If you'd like to join the line up of presenting authors, illustrators, editors, or publishing industry proffessionals, or if you'd like to make cash donations towards contest costs, please call or email me at 813-486-5437, tracetaylorpublishing@gmail.com
