I just ran into my friends, Terry and Rich, outside Bo-tiki, where one can see them playing with Pheona, most Tuesday Markets. Pheona wasn't there today as she had a previous engagement but Terry did inform me that they along with Pheona, will be performing at our very on Neptune on Friday night so everyone should come down and enjoy their performance.
I first met them about a year and six months ago. I had just moved here and was having a tea in the courtyard at Tea and Me. Tea and Me had just opened. Along came Terry and Rich. We struck up a conversation and I immediately fell for them both. They seemed to me as being down-to-Earth, genuinly good people. They informed me that they were in from Chicago looking for a house to buy because they had visited and had fallen in love with the village.
I didn't see them again until six months later when out of the blue, we bumped into each other. They were so excited because they had found a house and were now, officially living here. They've been here just about a year, so I think for me, seeing them play at Neptune Friday night will be like a one year aniversary celebration of having such a fabulous duo join our community and their music is pretty rockin, too.
Terry and Rich were 8th grade sweethearts that parted by highschool, went their seperate ways and then after mairrages and children, ended up back together and are the most adorable couple, the epitomy of team. Terry and Rich, It's a pleasure knowing you and hearing you. I look forward to enjoying your performance Friday night and Happy Move-to-Gulfport Anniversay time! We are better for it.
