Community Update

Usually I am impressed with the car repairs I have done at the Car Doctor. I am, however, not impressed with the service the women provide at the front desk. Whenever I am in there and ask, what I feel is legitimate questions (and even if they aren't, it is because I am not a qualified mechanic - get someone to explain to me!!), or when I try to explain exactly what is wrong with the car, I get eye rolls, impatient tapping of the foot. and short, curt rude answers.

I am done with this place because of the service I get at the front desk. Where is the young man who used to man the desk?
