Incumbent Jennifer Salmon won the Ward 3 Council seat with 1,084 votes to challenger James Perry's 695 on Tuesday, March 13.
Challenger Dan Liedtke won the Ward 1 Council seat with 938 votes to incumbent David Hastings' 929. Because the difference was just nine votes, the Pinellas County Canvassing Board conducted a mandatory recount on Wednesday, March 14. The recount showed no change in the Ward 1 race.
