Friday, August 17

Roosevelt Mells, 71, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of DUI, a misdemeanor. Mells posted $500 bail.

Kelsey Crystal Rieger, 19, of Belleair, was arrested by Gulfport Police on two charges of burglary of a structure unoccupied, both felonies. Rieger posted $5,000 bail for both charges.

Janey Lee Teed, 20, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on two charges of burglary of a structure unoccupied, both felonies.

Saturday, August 18

Stephen A. Petanowick, 47, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of felony domestic battery. Bail is set at $10,000.

Jude Joseph Tachirn, 35, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of disorderly intoxication, a misdemeanor. Tachirn posted $100 bail.

Sunday, August 19

Christopher Garcia, 46, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of DWLSR (driving while license suspende or revoked), (habitual offender). The charge is a felony. Garcia posted $1,000 bail.

Monday, August 20

James F. Drake, 45, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of throwing a deadly missle into/at/within/into building, a felony. Bail is set at $2,500.

Freddie Lee McRae, 33, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on three charges of sexual battery of a child under the age of 12, all felonies. , the charges date back to 2008. One of the victims allegedly was molested by McRae in July 2011.
