Gulfport Police Make Arrests in Narcotics 'Round Up'

Gulfport Police arrested four residents on drug charges Thursday.

The Gulfport Police Department, with the help of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, arrested four Gulfport residents on drug charges Thursday, according to a media release.

Gulfport Police and the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office developed probably cause during the course of their investigations over the last several months. 

Below are the people arrested during the narcotics "round up," according to Gulfport Police.

Howard Liverpool, 46, of Gulfport was arrested on two counts of sale and possession of crack cocaine and sale and possession of marijuana within 1000 feet of a church. Police say he was also in possession of crack cocaine and paraphernalia during his arrest and received additional charges for that.

Angel Isse, 28, of Gulfport was arrested on one count of sale of dilaudid, which is a narcotic.

Dealtae Franklin, 21, of Gulfport, was arrested on one count of sale and possession of hydromorphone and sale of crack cocaine. Police say he was also in possession of crack cocaine during his arrest and received additional charges for that. 

Shane Gromer, 23, of Gulfport, was arrested on the charge of sale of dilaudid within 1000 feet of a school and sale of counterfeit substance.

Gulfport Police say additional arrests will be made in the near future.
