Gulfport Jail Bookings Report: September 1 - 8

The following report shows charges associated with residents arrested by Gulfport Police and booked at Pinellas County Jail. 

Being arrested on charges does not mean a person has been convicted of the crime.

Tuesday, Sept. 3

Marc R. Ortiz, 31, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a felony. Ortiz posted $5,150 bail for both charges.

Wednesday, Sept. 4

Jatez M. Gordon, 19, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of felon in possession of a firearm, a felony, and possession of controlled substance, a felony. Bail is set at $22,000 for both charges.

Paul Allen Jackson, 52, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of operating unregistered motor vehicle, DWLSR and DUI. Bail is set at $1,750 for all three charges.

Peter Jay Stanton, 58, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of false report of crime, a misdemeanor. Stanton posted $150 bail.

Danny L. Urich, 63, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of battery - simple, a misdemeanor. Urich posted $500 bail.

Friday, Sept. 6

Salvatore Gerard Defino, 46, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on two charges of FTA DWLSR. 

Cedric D. Sanders, 22, of St. Petersburg, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of grand theft motor vehicle, a felony, fleeing & eluding police officer, a felony, DWLSR, a misdemeanor. Sanders also has two charges out of Hillsborough County.

Saturday, Sept. 7

Steve Michael Follin, 50, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of manufacture of marijuana, felony. Follin posted $5,000 bail.

Harald Ernst Fritz, 33, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. 

Salvatore A. Palmieri, 48, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of VOP DUI, a misdemeanor. Palmieri posted $1,000 bail.

Sunday, Sept. 8

Richard T. Allen, 20, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charge of FTV Tampering W/ Physical Evidence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail is set at $25,313 for all three charges.

John Nicholas Barnes, 22, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of decal not assigned, burglary-dwelling, resisting arrest w/o violence, leaving scene of accident involving injury, DWLSR, reckless driving, fleeing or eluding police officer, tag not assigned. Barnes posted $8,900 bail for all eight charges. 

Dennis E. Coble, 56, of Gulfport, was arrested by Gulfport Police on the charges of false 911 call, false report of a crime, both misdemeanors. Bail is set at $300.
