Ashtray Thief on Beach Blvd Strikes Again!

I awoke last week to find that someone had walked 10 stairs onto our porch and swiped our ashtray from the table next to our front door. More of an annoyance to have to go buy a new ashtray, but I found the time and replaced it with another $1.59 ashtray from the store.
This morning, no ashtray AGAIN!!! Who is calling the cops over cheap ashtrays? Surely not this girl.  I have two 90lbs dogs that sleep next to this door. I'll be happy to catch them in the act next time.
Has anyone else noticed an increase in bums recently though?
I've seen a few shady characters lurking...
