Fee-free! March 1st, 2014, 11am-1pm, Trace Taylor, in league with the Gulfport Public Library, will be presenting a fee-free two hour workshop for parents and their Toddlers, Pre-Ks, and Kindergartners on developing early reading and writing skills.
