Hurricane Seminar: The Atlantic Hurricane Season begins Friday, June 1. Are you ready? Be sure to stop by the free City of Gulfport Hurricane Seminar at the Catherine Hickman Theater on Thursday, May 24. Daniel Noah, Warning Coordination Meteorologist from the National Weather Service (NWS) will be the main speaker. The seminar begins at 7 p.m. with several hurricane related vendors, including Gulfport Patch, at the theater beginning at 6 p.m. For more information, check out the City of Gufport website.

Senior Deals & Discounts: Many local businesses and Fresh Market vendors are offering up deals this week for seniors. In honor of Older American's Month, seniors can recieve meals, services and more for 10% to 50% off. For the complete list, check out the Gulfport Senior Center Foundation's website.
