5 Things to Know in Gulfport: City Council Workshop

Domestic Partnership Registry: Gulfport leaders will discuss whether to adopt a domestic registry ordinance that will grant some rights to unmarried couples that have been exclusive to married couples at tonight's City Council Workshop at 5:30 p.m. at Gulfport City Hall. City Council Workshop: Tonight's City Council Workshop is at 5:30 p.m. instead of 3:30 p.m. at Gulfport City Hall. Come out to share your thoughts, concerns and opinions with your city leaders. Included on the agenda: clam bayou signage, domestic partnership registry, terms of elected officials and political sign ordinance.

Relay for Life: The annual Relay for Life of Gulfport event raised more than $9,000 for the American Cancer Society this past weekend.
