5 Things to Know in Gulfport: Book Reviews, Art Afternoons, Patch Meet Up

Meet up with Gulfport Patch on Friday, Come out to the Gulfport Library for 'Art Afternoons' and more in "5 Things to Know in Gulfport."

Meet up with Patch: Did you miss us on Tuesday? We'll be back out with "The Green Machine" on Friday during the First Friday Art Walk from 6 - 8 p.m. on the corner of Beach and Shore Boulevard. We're taking canned good items and asking for newsletter sign ups! Stop by and say hi! If you are one of the first 50 people to sign up for our newsletter, you'll get a free scoop of ice cream from Yummy's!

Art Afternoons: Are you creative? Do you like to draw, paint, or make crafts? If so, then you are welcome to come to Art Afternoons at the Gulfport Public Library on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 - 5 p.m. Classes are for children between 8 and 13 years old. For more information, call the Library at 893-1074 and ask for Sheri.
