Active in the community association management profession for more than 12 years Mr. Bade earned the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Association Institute (CAI) in May 2006 and is a licensed Florida Community Association Manager. He has extensive experience at every level of condominium and homeowner’s association management including maintenance and repair, project management, budgeting, operations, contracting, vendor selection, contractor oversight, staff recruitment and supervision. 

Mr. Bade retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician and Unit First Sergeant.
