Gulfport Fresh Market Updates You Need to Know

Here's what the organizers posted on the boards on Gulfport Patch. You can make your own announcement, speak your mind, or sell something on our boards, too!

Readers posted news connected with the Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market on the Patch boards this week.

Fresh Market Vendor Jill Johnson gave us an update on the construction of her new take out cafe, deli and market at 2930 Beach Blvd.

"Mangia Gourmet will feature a newly-renovated courtyard area with a distinct community-based focus.  Patrons will be able to enjoy a meal, listen to music, attend lectures and demonstrations or just socialize," according to the Patch board post.

On July 9, the Fresh Market will host Congregation Beth Sholom as its nonprofit guest. The congregation is celebrating more than 60 years in the community.

"The public is invited to visit this unique booth which will be featuring luchen kugel.  Considered a comfort food, kugel is a traditional sweet noodle pudding made with noodles, eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese and fruit," according to the Patch board post.
