Patch reader and Facebook friend Thomas Alvi sent in this awesome panoramic photo taken at the end of the Walter & Bert Williams Fishing Pier.
We asked Thomas why he likes this photo, he replied, "I love it because it's one of my favorite spots in all of Gulfport. I walk four miles a day around town and arriving to the pier from my house on the Tangerine Greenway is always a cool moment. Each time I arrive at this spot, I give thanks for living in such an amazing place. I always pause and soak it in for a moment before continuing along my way..."
