Patch Minute: Rays Game, LL Cool J, GulfportStock

Welcome to this week's Patch Minute! We have some awesome events in Gulfport, downtown St. Pete and the beaches!

Downtown St. Pete

We're starting this week's Patch Minute in downtown St. Pete where Ferg's Sports Bar & Grill is the "go to" spot before and after a Rays game. It's just across the street from Tropicana Field. 

The Rays are going head to head with the Orioles on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Saturday night, may be the best bang for your buck because there is a postgame concert with rapper LL Cool J.

Gulfport

Everyone is invited to the first annual in the Art Village Courtyard on Sunday, June 3 from 12 - 8 p.m. There will be at least seven performers and an opportunity drawing. The event is a community based fundraising event to help pay for performances, artists and musicians at local events. As always, don't forget to grab a bite to eat at one of several local restaurants like T and Me Tea Company and Yummy's in the courtyard!

The Beaches

And since the temps will be in the upper 80's this weekend, why not spend a day at Pass-A-Grille Beach! Spend the day by the water, grab an ice cream from Paradise Sweets and perhaps a drink from the Hurricane. There's nothing like watching the sunset at the beach! . . . .
