Lost Puppy Found

Adorable Sweetie Pie. Male. Strong willed. House broken. Maybe one year old. Doesn't understand stairs. Doesn't know how to jump up on chairs, couches, or beds. Just precious. A very small collar but NO TAGS. Skiddish. Would not come close enough to scoop up, but food did the trick. Anyone who lost this beautiful baby or knows who did, email or call me. Being fostered nearby in happy multi puppy home.
