Long before words were written, it was the storyteller who carried the traditons, history and culture of the people. People are afraid of the naked truth, but when wrapped in the colors story ....
TELLABRATION! is a celbration of storytelling, started in 1985 to renew interest in storytelling particularly for an adult audience. Storytellers around the world center this celebration around the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
Leave the electronics behind and turn on your imagination. Come, sit a while and hear master storytellers share tales from near and far, present and past at the Station, right near the railroad tracks, on Park Blvd.
There will also be refreshments and a silent auction. Doors open at 7:00.
