This had to be the most awe-inspiring sunset I have seen since moving here in March. It was so spectacular with the fog and the reflection of light on the water. It turned the western half of the bay into a burning canvas box of hard and soft, of light and dark, of solid and gauzimer visuals. It was so unbelievable that I felt compelled to share the photos before I'd even put down my camera bag.

Great pictures, Trace. Sometimes those of us who have lived here for so many years take for granted the special moments like yesterday's sunset. We look briefly, maybe even comment to our friends and family how beautiful the sunset is tonight. Your photos allowed me to really focus on the small changes through the event. Thanks for taking them and thanks for sharing the photos with Patch readers (and viewers!!).
