Love to take our cars to Reeds on 58th Street. Good work, pleasant people, always helpful service. And they don't make fun of me when I try to describe the problem with my 9 year old car.

Thanks Lynda for nominating Reeds! The last thing I want when I need someone to look at my car is make me feel stupid about it. I agree with you, helpful service is a "must."

Reeds for sure! Make sure you talk with Mark. I take my car there and my Mom does now too. I have a Toyota and she has a Ford. Reed is always straight up. They fix what needs to be fixed and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. I vote for them! And Mom does too!

I must say that Reed's is not only the cleanest shop, but also the most friendly, honest, and respectful. They explain in detail the problem and when they can, show me the part that is damaged. I bring my Jeep there whenever I have a serious problem.
    Awesome place

I took my SUV to Reed once. Thought they were pricey. Then I used Gulfport Garage for years, with good service until I got bad service at a high price. My neighbors recommended Miguel's little shop on 15th Ave N, a block west of 49th. Been happy with him for 3 years now. He may not be able to do everything, but at least he is probably the most honest mechanic I have found.

Jeff's place at Davis enterprises, next to Gulfport Furniture is funky, not the cleanest by any stretch of the imagination. But and it's a big but, Jeff KNOWS cars, in the 55 years I've been driving, I have not known anyone with his skills. Clean garages don't fix cars.....good mechanics do!!
